Smart Advice offers a suite of services that are complimentary to any existing
business. Those services include Extensive Business Evaluations, Employee
Evaluations, Customer Feedback, and Community Feedback. Smart Advice conducts a
40-point evaluation using a fresh set of eyes to carefully scrutinize every
aspect of the business from the customer's prospective.
The first step to becoming a client, is to have a FREE Cursory Evaluation to
determine if Smart Advice can be of service to the client, and the client feels
comfortable enough with Smart Advice to schedule an evaluation. After scheduling
an evaluation, the client is required to complete an enrollment form and return
it to Smart Advice prior to the evaluation. This form requires specific
information about the client and their business, such as; name of business, type
of business, location(s), methods of marketing, nearest competitor(s),
competitive advantage, management organization, years in business, marketing,
advertising, sales & Internet strategies, client's goals, etc.

evaluation is being conducted. Smart Advice will go through an extensive 40-point

Smart Advice will visit the business and conduct inquiries
with employees about products, services, purchases, returns, or questions
regarding business policies. Smart Advice can also conduct interviews with those
employees designated by client. A report will be generated and sent to client via

Smart Advice will visit the business
confidentially and conduct inquiries with employees about products, services,
purchases, returns, or questions regarding business policies. Smart Advice can
interact with specific employees designated by client. A report will be generated

Smart Advice can conduct interviews to gather
valuable "Community Feedback" from those people in the immediate areas, such as
other businesses, office buildings, homes, service stations, in the business
complex, or shopping center, and sidewalk areas. A report will be generated and
